Morning after breakfast enjoy the guided visit of Old Delhi covering Jama Mosque – the largest mosque in India built in red sandstone. Between the mosque and Chandni Chowk is a narrow shop-lined street along which you will be transported by cycle rickshaws on your most photogenic journey of the tour. Drive pass the Red Fort. While driving back to New Delhi visit Raj Ghat – a memorial that is dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. The ghat is located in the banks of River Yamuna. It is a black marble platform that is built at the spot of cremation of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation.
Afternoon visit of New Delhi which will include photo opportunities at some of the following attractions - the exterior of the Parliament, the War Memorial Arch (India Gate) and residence of the President House of India in New Delhi. Conclude your day with visit to 72 meter high Qutub Minar; being one of the most important landmarks of Delhi, with calligraphically decorated interiors and also inscriptions of verses of the Holy Quran. Morning after breakfast visit of Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), a UNESCO Heritage Site, undisputedly one of the world's most beautiful buildings. The epitome of love, stands on the banks of the river Yamuna built in the 17th century by the Mughal Emperor Shahjahan. The white marble building changes its hue with the variations in the daylight. Made entirely of white marble and decorated with exquisite pietra dura (stone inlay) work, different types of precious and semi-precious stones were used in the intricate inlay work done on the interiors. This magnificent monument is built around a Charbagh or 'four garden' plan, split by watercourses— reflects the influence of Persian architectural style… an exquisite image that you'll remember forever.
Then after visit of the Agra Fort, built in the year 1573 by Emperor Akbar, which is a mixture of the Islamic and Hindu styles of architecture. The fort remained as the main residence of the emperors belonging to the Mughal dynasty until the year 1638. Morning after breakfast travel to Ranthambhore National Park; one of the biggest and most renowned National Parks in Northern India. The park is located in the Sawai Madhopur district of South-eastern Rajasthan, which is about 130 km from Jaipur. Being considered as one of the famous and former hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur, today the Ranthambhore National Park terrain is major wildlife tourist attraction spot that has pulled the attention of many wildlife photographers and lovers in this destination. Wake up early in the morning and prepare for the first game drive at 6:00 – 9:30 am kindly check with the reception if there is any change in time. Enjoy the national park travelling in jeep with an estimated area of 400sq Km of this amazing reserve. The park is dotted with steep rocky hills and the dominating architecture of Ranthambhore Fort (built in the 10th century), adds to its landscape. The rugged park terrain alternates between dry deciduous forest, open grassy meadow, dotted by several lakes and rivers that are only made passable by rough roads built and maintained by the Forest Service. The tiger is not the only attraction at Ranthambhore although it is the one park resident that people come to see. A variety of birds including Owlets, the ubiquitous Langur (monkey), Leopard, Caracal, Hyena, Jackal, Jungle Cat, marsh Crocodiles, Wild Boar, Bears and various species of Deer are the other attractions. Morning after breakfast excursion to Amber Fort – 10 kilometers from main city, Enjoy Jeep ride while going up to the main entrance of Amber Fort. The ancient capital of Jaipur state and the majestic palace complex to witness a unique system of air-conditioning of 17th century. The fort presents a fascinating blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture. It is built using red sandstone and white marble. While driving back to city photo stop at Jal Mahal kwon as a water palace. This low-rise symmetrical palace, that once was a shooting lodge for the Maharajah, appears to float in the centre of Sagar Lake.
Afternoon city tour of Jaipur pink city covering City Palace Museum; boasts to have some of the priceless handwritten Hindu scriptures of the ancient past, miniature delicate paintings, preserved painted ceilings and the elephant saddles (haudas), and is registered in the Guinness Book of Records to contain the biggest silver objects in the world. Drive pass Hawa Mahal or the 'Palace Of The Winds' – a remarkable gem of Rajput style of architecture. This beautiful Mahal decorated with fine lattice windows and screened balconies was to facilitate the royal women, in getting a glimpse of the daily events, royal processions and festivals taking place on the streets. Conclude your day with visit to Jantar Mantar; one of the famed observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh is a complex of astronomical instruments, chiseled out of stone which provides fairly accurate information to this day. Chhatra Sagar Camp, Nimaj: In the late 19th Century, Thakur Chhatra Singh of Nimaj, a powerful noble at the time decided to create a reservoir irrigated by the monsoon showers, in the dry scrub wasteland of the desert kingdom of Marwar (present-day Jodhpur). After its completion in 1890, nearby farmers were welcomed to cultivate the land and it soon became an agricultural oasis. A luxury tented camp was set up for visiting dignitaries with legendary sporting parties and exotic dinners, offering them expansive views of the green fields and open skies, and of the reservoir that was named 'Chhatra Sagar' in honour of the noble. The City Palace boasts of the wonderful blend of Medieval, European and Chinese Architecture and has various towers, domes and arches, which add to the flavour of heritage site. Later visit Jagdish Temple, dating back to 1651 AD, it is an exquisite example of Indo Aryan architecture. In the afternoon enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola, is an artificial fresh water lake, created in the year 1362 AD, named after the nearby Picholi village. Two islands, Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir are located within Pichola Lake and have been developed with several palaces to provide views of the lake. Evening visit the Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir, an Indian folk arts museum which has interesting exhibits that include folk's dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls, folk's musical instruments, folk deities.
